How to get rid of acne and acne scars safely during pregnancy?
There are many ways to get rid of acne and acne scars. But the best and safest way to do it during pregnancy is by using natural ingredients. The pictures below show how my face looked before and after using these two veenourish acne fighting skin care products.
As you can see, before I started using them I was struggling with acne, scars, dark spots and discoloration all over my cheeks.
After using the products for about a month I achieved amazing results. New and old acne scars had finally faded away and, I haven’t broke out since I started using them. That’s right, not one pimple. Which is pretty crazy because I have been struggling with acne since I was in high school. I still have a long way to go, I still have some dark spots and scars that you can kind of see here and there but, they have been working for sure!
It really comes down to the combination of the acne fighting ingredients like tea tree, pumpkin enzyme, natural AHA’s, niacinamide plus the fact that these are ingredients that are natural and actually good for my skin vs. not natural and damaging.
The acne treatment products that got rid of my acne and acne scars
1. Glow Hydrating Mask
The first Veenourish product I used and loved is the Glow Hydrating Mask. This mask is natural which means that it is completely safe to use during pregnancy. It is packed with amazing ingredients like turmeric, tea tree, pineapple, pumpkin, papaya, aloe vera and more to help you achieve clear, healthy and glowing skin. These ingredients work together to fight bacteria and they lower sebum levels. Excess sebum in the pores, leads to acne.
This will forever be my favorite mask because not only does it help with acne… during my pregnancy my skin very often also looked very dull and I had some areas that were darker than others. And this mask really helped even out my skin tone. After the very first use, l noticed my skin looking much brighter and more alive. It instantly makes you look less tired. And since it is made with gentle ingredients you can use it closely under the eyes which could also work as a under eye treatment.
Niacinamide Moisturizer
The second product is this niacinamide moisturizer.
It is packed with skin benefits, especially for those with acne-prone skin. It’s made with niacinamide of course, and it helps clear your skin and fades away scars and dark spots. It also has lavender which has anti bacterial properties. And other skin sooting ingredients like aloe, rose, licorice, rosehip oil and argan oil that are going to help your skin heal.
How to use the mask?
This hydrating mask is so easy to use, it comes with a brush so all you do is dip the brush into the jar and apply an even amount all over your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes then rinse it off. And repeat 2 times a week.
How to use the moisturizer?
After cleansing, apply a small amount to your face and gently massage the moisturizer in.
By the way, I also recommend this vegan collagen booster face wash it is a super gentle face wash, also made with natural ingredients and contain anti bacterial properties as well that could help with acne.
