Everything You Need During Pregnancy
1. Prenatal Vitamins
I was very picky with my prenatals when I was pregnant, I did a ton of research and decided on these. They are from Whole Foods but you can get them on Amazon. They have everything that your baby needs for healthy fetal development. It even has Biotin for mom and probiotics (a lot of prenatals don’t have these).
2. Belly Oil
My number one fear when I got pregnant was stretch marks. I used this belly oil from Veenourish throughout my entire pregnancy and I got zero stretch marks. I used it morning and night and sometimes throughout the day if I was itchy.Â
3. Pregnancy Pillow
Let’s be real, sleep can be a challenge with that growing belly. A pregnancy pillow? Lifesaver. It’s like hugging a cloud, supporting you in all the right places for a better night’s sleep.
4. Magnesium Oil For Headaches & Sleep
No more headaches and sleepless nights! Magnesium aids in sleep by helping to regulate neurotransmitters that promote relaxation when absorbed through the skin, promoting a more restful night’s sleep. Additionally, it can help alleviate migraines by relaxing blood vessels and reducing inflammation, providing natural relief from headache symptoms. It’s completely safe to use during pregnancy.
5. Coffee Under Eye Cream
You might be feeling a bit tired, but no worries! A little dab of this coffee + green tea under eye cream works wonders, giving you that refreshed and wide-awake look even when you’re feeling a bit zonked.
6. Morning Sickness Tea
Ugh, morning sickness. Nobody has time for that! Sip on some morning sickness tea to settle your tummy and get you feeling more like yourself again.
7. Belly Support Band
As your belly grows, a belly support band provides gentle support and relieves pressure on your back and pelvis, making daily activities more comfortable.
8. Maternity Dresses
Stay stylish and comfortable with maternity dresses that accommodate your growing bump while flattering your figure. The second flowered dress below is the cutest, I love it! I would even wear it for a maternity shoot.
9. Water Jug
Hydration is key during pregnancy! Keep a large water jug handy to stay hydrated throughout the day and support your body’s needs during pregnancy.
10. Face Cleanser For Sensitive Skin
My skin got extremely sensitive during pregnancy. I recommend this natural face cleanser from Veenourish. It doesn’t dry out your skin. It’s fragrance free, they only use lavender essential oil for the smell and benefits. And, I love that it’s made with vegan collagen .
11. Maternity Pijamas
Get your beauty sleep in style with cozy and comfortable maternity pajamas that make nighttime routines a breeze.
12. Exercise Ball
Stay active and relieve discomfort with an exercise ball, perfect for gentle stretching, pelvic tilts, and labor preparation exercises.
13. Perineal Massage Oil
With this yoni oil you can prepare for birth and reduce the risk of tearing down there. I love it because it’s herb infused and it’s healing. You can even use it postpartum. It’s going to help improve your skin’s elasticity and flexibility. It also has a ton of other benefits for your vagina like it removes bad odors, balances your PH levels, soothes irritation and more.
14. Maternity Jeans
Maternity jeans are essential for pregnant women as they provide comfortable support and flexibility for their growing baby bump, allowing them to maintain their style and confidence throughout pregnancy without sacrificing comfort.
15. Maternity Bodysuit
These bodysuits are made of super soft material, they are very comfortable and stretchy. They’re lightweight and breathable, which means they’ll keep you cool. They have different colors and they are not see through!
16. Maternity Bralette
Say goodbye to wired, uncomfortable bras! A maternity bralette is one of my top pregnancy must haves. It provides gentle support and flexibility for your changing cup size because your boobs will grow during pregnancy! These are so conformable plus, you can use them as nursing bras as well when your baby arrives.
17. Epsom Salt
You are going to feel exhausted at times. Epsom salt baths are like a little piece of heaven, soothing tired muscles and giving you a well-deserved break from all that baby-growing hustle.
